How to locate THE BEV Ballroom?
The venue is located behind the Mcdonald’s off of HWY-192 and Heritage Key Blvd.. Once on the property go to the back of the building to locate THE BEV BALLROOM.
How many seats are there?
280 SEATS. And once they are sold out, it’s sold out.
What is the attire for the event?
You decide. You can rock jeans and wear share, dress-up or just
wear workout clothes. It is casual attire.
Can you bring someone who is not a coach?
YES. All guests must still pay the General Admission for the event.
Can you bring your kids?
Our goal for this event is to keep it a kid-free event where you can be
100% focused on the event itself, BUT we understand there are
always extenuating circumstances. So if you do
have to bring the little ones, please make sure they have a Ticket if
they need their own seat. And we kindly ask that if they start to get
restless to please step out of the room out of respect for the other
Super Saturday attendees.
What is the parking situation?
Parking is FREE, but we only have 230 parking spaces. So if you have the ability to CARPOOL please do. There are 200 parking spaces on property + a grass field behind the building that fits 30 more. So please car-pool with others if you can.
Are the Tickets Refundable?
No. You can exchange them to someone else who wants to come if
you are not able to attend, but that is on you to find someone to exchange them with. You can do that inside the Orlando Area BODi Coaches page.
